Liberal Parties

Rain is in the forecast today and I couldn't be happier about it. Finally, my creative process can begin. Not that I depend on rain for that but I must say that I really find energy from cloud cover.

I went to the Liberal Studies party last night. It was fun. I had the opportunity to connect with people in my program. We talked about stupid stuff and then we talked about not-so-stupid stuff. I didn't have too much wine. After the party, an intimate group of about 25 went to a bar called Cedar. Apparently, Jackson Pollock used to frequent this place. Okay. It was fun. I had the opportunity to become even more acquainted with my people and I really do like them. I'm really looking forward to these kinds of friendships.

I'm unable to come up with more interesting reading for you at this time. I'm headed to the library, so maybe something exciting will happen there that I can report. I'll probably have some more tofu jim today. Yummmm.
