MSNBC's New Banner

MSNBC redesigned its "Place for Politics" page on the day The Rachel Maddow Show debuts.

The minor redesign had probably been in the works for a while, but it needed to do something given sentiments, such as this one by Glenn Greenwald, that the right is somehow influencing the network's programming. It's sad stuff and a much larger topic, which Greenwald discussed with Maddow on her radio show Monday.

Anyway, this banner is pretty bloody sweet if you ask me. And I refer to Maddow's being on it.
